Osnabruck nadel und faden

The Osnabruck halle has just closed its Nadel und Faden 18 Messe fur textile kunst und handarbeit. I received my work returned with a block of postcards of each participating artisan: stricken, sticken hakeln, nahlen, kloppeln, filzen blaudruck. My knowledge of German is basic but blaudruck strikes a cord. The event was about infinitely blue. Here is my work.

Always interesting to play with your companions, context is all. My only gripe with the otherwise superb production: no mention was made of each artist’s medium.
